1:Before the machine is plugged in, make sure the power switch is in the closed state, and then follow the instruction.

2:If the machine does not run in a long time, it should be wiped with a piece of dry cloth and must not be cleaned with any corrosive cleaning agent.

3:It is strictly prohibited to spurt any liquid into the electric box of the machine, so as to avoid corrosion to the internal electrical components and cause short circuit.

4:Check according to the equipment packing list models, specifications and quantity of the equipment and materials to make sure that they meet the requirements of design and product standards and accompanied by certificates of conformity.

5: Check the appearance of the equipment to make sure that it is free from any deformation, damage and corrosion, and all spindles that they should be flexibly rotating without any blockage.

6: This machine is working under single phase AC 110V, and the flat 3-legged power plug should be plugged into the power socket with a ground wire.

1.electric Eye to detect bottles:

bottles.
When the incoming bottle is detected, the "turntable" rotates.

2. Lid-delivery electric eye

Ⅵ.Maintenance on model NPACK-AC50 Bottles capping machine

1 Potrebno je provjeriti i održavati mašinu za izduživanje mašine i optimiziranje funkcije stroja;

Radnu mašinu treba održavati svaka tri meseca; Ležajevi i deo prenosnika moraju biti podmazani mašću; Podmazivanje se mora vršiti periodično; Ulje kliznog puta (N68) treba dodavati u dio kao što su pomicanje ili podizanje kretnih mehanizama dva puta dnevno; Automobilsko ulje (N68) treba dodati u rotacijske ili ljuljajuće dijelove; Svakih pola meseca dodajte mast u otvor za odlaganje; Svakog meseca jednom uljnom mlaznicom dodavanjem masti;

2 Nikada ne upotrebljavajte metalne alate za udaranje ili struganje površine na kojoj je spoj povezan na dijelove poput dijelova ili kalupa.

3.Ako mašina prestaje raditi dulje vrijeme, dodajte mast za podmazivanje u dijelove poput prijenosa ili dijela ležaja; Mašinu tretirajte i vodootpornom zaštitom。

4 Nikada ne stavljajte nikakve predmete na uređaj da ne biste oštetili mašinu.

5. Povremeno očistite prašinu unutar komponenti i provjerite sve vijke i pričvrstite svaki odvrnuti vijak.

6. Provjerite vijke na priključnicama za ožičenje u određeno vrijeme i provjerite je li vijak fiksiran;

7.provjerite da li postoji električna stanica u izvučenoj stazi od električnih kutija; Ako je dio previše labav, pričvrstite vijak kako ne bi došlo do abrazije ili oštećenja izolacijskog sloja, što može prouzrokovati električno curenje;

8. Provjerite lako istrošene tačkice i na vrijeme promijenite oštećene;
